At Impact Bids we write to win. Our team is comprised of expert Bid Writing Consultants, each of us bringing long experience of bidding, all of us applying our proprietary professional Methodology.

In this light you can expect a collaborative and involved experience.

Every project is kicked off with a Strategy Workshop comprising you and your internal Subject Matter Experts together with the Impact Bids team. This workshop session is typically 4-8 hours depending upon the nature of the bid.

From this workshop, the bid strategy is defined and the schedule for production agreed. Subsequent knowledge transfer sessions focussed on specific areas of the bid are scheduled with your team. These sessions generally require 1 hour per day with your subject matter expert during the production phase. 

Because time is of the essence in a live bid, workshops and subsequent meetings are conducted by video conferencing to eliminate unproductive travel time and cost. Updates are reported daily and progress is transparent.

Once ready, a full draft of the written bid will be provided to you and we ask that you read it closely and feedback with candid observations and suggested edits. We then finalise the bid and return it to you for submission.

How involved will we be with our bid writing service?

We recognise that you are the expert in your business and accordingly, acquiring the knowledge and experience of you and your team is central to the success of the plan.

Equally, we recognise that you have a business to run, and so we ensure that the process is managed to obtain optimal knowledge transfer at minimum time cost to you and your people.

You can expect to be closely involved from the outset as we define the key elements of the bid strategy. Thereafter you or members of your senior team will be needed for around 1 hour each day during production of the bid to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

You will also need to set aside the time for a full read through of the draft, providing observations and corrections where appropriate, before we finalise the bid ready for submission.
